Celebrating 10 Years of Motivation Station

A decade.
Ten years of purpose, passion, lessons, victories, setbacks, tears, growth, and so much love.
Ten years ago, our first shakes and teas were served in Styrofoam cups. We had folding tables covered with Dollar Tree tablecloths and little Oyster kitchen blenders working overtime. We didn’t have much, but one thing we were never short on was HEART. 🩷
I’ve poured my whole heart into this little healthy bar, and my daughters have grown up here. The incredible women who have stood beside me through it all, some who are still behind the bar with me today helped carry this dream through every season and I love you all so much!🥰
But the real story of Motivation Station isn’t the shakes, the teas, the Fit Camp or even the club itself.
It’s YOU.
The people who walked through our doors as customers and became family. The friendships formed. The lives changed. The confidence gained. The transformations that happened both inside and out.
That’s what we’re celebrating.
