*Please be aware refunds will not be possible after 4 weeks before the event, however you may sell

tickets on/transfer to another person as long as the event organiser is informed in advance.

Format

This event will be a 444 points, 1v1 tournament.

Each round players will be matched up against opposing players who are similarly ranked within the

event.

Each round will run for a maximum of 104 minutes (1 hour 44 mins).

Players will be given ample warnings of remaining game time during each round and should be

responsible to ensure their games finish on time. If time is called mid round and your game has not

reached a natural conclusion, you may only carry out the vital moves and combats that could alter

the final scoring.

Games will be played on 4x4 boards

444 pts army (good or evil)

Fully painted

Minimum 4 models.

Normal matched play army building restrictions apply.

Event Scoring

The following points will be awarded in each game:

● Win = 6 TPs

● Draw = 3 TPs

● Loss = 1 TP

Additionally, the difference in Victory Points will add or subtract TPs:

● Win by 14 or more VPs = +1TPs

● Win by 7-13 VPs = +0.5TPs

● Win by 1-6 VPs = 0TP

● Lost by 1-6 VPs = 0TP

● Lost by 7-13 VPs = -0.5TPs

● Lost by 14 or more VPs = -1TPs

Rankings

In the case of a tie the following criteria will be used to determine the event champion.

1. Total Tournament Points

2. Victory Points Difference

3. Total Victory Points Scored

Proxies, Conversions & Painting

With any proxies or conversions, the model must represent the unit it is being used as in your army,

for example correct weapons.

It must also be easily identified as that model in question to avoid confusion for your opponent.

What You See Is What You Get’ (WYSIWYG) should be used as much as possible to avoid any

confusion/misrepresentation to your opponent during games.

If you wish to use any proxies or conversions, please contact the event organisers well in advance to

ensure the proposed models/changes are acceptable, before army list submission.

Models in your armies will need to be based and look completed, whether there is a theme or not.

New Edition: As the new edition is in use for this event, the rules on proxy models will be more flexible

than usual. Any need to use a proxy model please contact the event team at the earliest

opportunity. All proxy model requests should be submitted before the army list submission date!
