ABOUT THE SHOW
Follow the wild adventures of traveling poet, Hoffmann, as he seeks love and creative inspiration in a world overrun by technology. He meets ghosts, robots, magicians, and shape-shifting demons in this lively fantasy. With a mix of 1990s grunge and R&B, the Pickup Truck Opera is a one-of-a-kind mix of classical opera and pop tunes you'll love. Full for all ages.
TICKETS
All performances are offered for a suggested donation ($5 – $50), which can be made at the link below or onsite on the day of the performance. ALL ARE WELCOME and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Children under 18 are welcome to attend for free.
WHAT TO BRING
Bring a water bottle or beverage, sunscreen, and a folding chair or blanket to sit on the grass. Picnics are welcome (please be neat and haul out your trash). Food and beverages are available for purchase in the Visitor Center. Leashed dogs are welcome at this site. Please clean up after your pets.
WEATHER
This performance will be set in Silverwood's outdoor amphitheater, near the Visitor Center building. In the event of inclement weather, please watch this event page and www.mixedprecipitation.org for updates regarding weather delays.
Food available for purchase from Deep Roots Concessions.
