Welcome to The Phoenix Circle

A monthly healing community for people who are ready to stop carrying life alone. This isn’t therapy. It isn’t a lecture. It isn’t another place where you’re expected to have everything figured out. It’s a space to pause, breathe, tell the truth about where you are, and remember who you are beneath everything life has asked you to carry.

I created this space because pain became one of my greatest teachers. Some of the hardest seasons of my life revealed wisdom I never could have learned any other way. I realized healing doesn’t happen because someone rescues us. Healing happens when we finally have a safe place to be seen, heard, understood, and reminded that we’re not walking through life by ourselves.

Every month we’ll gather in an intimate circle for honest conversations, guided reflection, emotional restoration, practical wisdom, and genuine connection. Some evenings we’ll journal. Some evenings will be a sound bath. Some evenings we’ll ask hard questions. Some evenings we’ll simply listen. Every gathering is different, but every gathering has the same purpose: to leave lighter than we came.

You don’t need to prepare anything. Bring yourself, an open heart, a journal if you’d like, and a willingness to meet yourself honestly.
Our first gathering is on Sunday, September 6, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST, and we’ll continue to meet on the first Sunday of every month.
