Next, it’s time to move from the past to the present! After a quick "Gear Up" session to put on your warrior’s armor, you’ll step onto the mats for Strike and Shield. Our professional coaches will teach you how to move, balance, and lung like an Olympic fencer. By bridging "Ancient Roots" with "Modern Boots," you’ll discover how a 3,000-year-old tradition became the exciting sport it is today.
