Guests will “speed-date” different wines as they move between 4 wine stations using scorecards as they “blindly” rank the wines taste, appearance, and overall chemistry. After completing all the stations, guests receive a full pour of their top choice, and are now armed with a better understanding of their wine preferences.

Select your time slot for the tasting. Once you’ve found your perfect match, we’ll pour you a glass to enjoy in RSRV’s back room or on the covered patio. 

Once everyone’s tasted, we’ll open the space for a day party featuring :

• Anju [Korean drinking snacks]

• Cheese + charcuterie boards

• Aperol spritzs

• Special wine pours

• Bottles to take home
