Our October screening is The Penguin Lessons. Based on a true story, it stars Steve Coogan as a world weary English teacher at an Argentinian private school as the country descends into chaos in the 70s. But the real star is the Penguin he rescues and smuggles back to the school. Alongside the film we will have 25% off Savage’s Fish and Chip Specials using a voucher available from us on the night or show your online or Post Office ticket to Savage’s.
The bar area will be available from 6pm with tables and chairs so that people can enjoy their fish and chips before the film. The Town Hall bar will be open and we will also be serving refreshments (hot and cold drinks and snacks) before the screening and during an interval.
The Town Hall will open from 6.30pm when refreshments and the Town Hall Bar will be available, with the screening starting at 7.30pm.
Tickets will be £5 and will be available online (no booking fee) at www.caistorcommunitycinema.org, at Caistor Post Office or on the door.
