Through guided prompts, quiet reflection, light discussion, and simple mindset tools, you’ll begin to:

• Reframe inner narratives that may be keeping you stuck or hesitant
• Reconnect with what matters most to you right now
• Identify one or two intentional next steps that feel aligned and grounded
