The Pathways of Possibility Yoga Retreat

Guided by the landscape of the Abel Tasman and the terrain of the Self
As the Tasman region awakens into spring, we invite you to step into a season of deliberate unfolding. This is more than a retreat; it is an invitation to navigate your inner landscape with the same presence and curiosity required to walk the golden sands of the Abel Tasman.
In this empowering shared space, the physical and the contemplative become one. Whether you are finding your footing on the coastal trail or working your edge through a power vinyasa practice, each movement is a step toward personal clarity.
Under the expert guidance of Hamish Kenworthy, the New Zealand Yoga Teacher of the Year 2025, and Lucy Taylor, of Wave Wellness, you will find your centre and open new avenues of possibility for yourself.
Through a range of practices; pranayama, vinyasa yoga, Pilates, self- inquiry, meditation and yin yoga, you will navigate your own terrain.
One of the days we will enjoy hiking on the Abel Tasman Walk after being dropped off at a stunning bay by water taxi.
Accommodation will be Kimi Ora Eco Resort, tucked away amongst the bush with panoramic views of Kaiteriteri Beach.
