Come and enjoy a relaxed, after hours tour of the Pankhurst Museum, with craft activities in the birthplace of the suffragette movement.
Join us for an after-hours tour of the birthplace of the suffragette movement, at the former home of Emmeline Pankhurst where she founded the WSPU on the 10th October 1903. Learn about the movement, feel the atmosphere of the historic parlour, try out a bit of craftivism with our suffragette-inspired keyrings and mini protest placards.
This event is part of The Cultural Welcome, a special week of student events taking place from 5–11 October 2026 around the Oxford Road Corridor, Manchester’s Knowledge Quarter. Discover the programme and book more events here: oxfordroadcorridor.com/the-cultural-welcome
