✦ Meet our double headliners & opening act✦

✨Ethan Stewart a.k.a. Emberhearted Part Lord Byron, part Pete Wentz, part theatrical chaos — Ethan Stewart (Emberhearted) brings a distinctive brand of pop-punk poetry to the stage.Expect emotionally charged performance poetry, dark humour, vulnerability and enough energy to set the room alight.Ethan has performed at the Be Free Festival in Manchester as part of the University of Essex’s ArtUp initiative and hosts the Hot Box Wax lyrical poetry open mic — rapidly becoming known as one of the standout poetry nights in Essex.

✨Daze. Born in 2000 at the turn of the millennium to Chinese immigrant parents in East London, Daze is a self-proclaimed ‘child of the internet’. She launched ‘thediaryofdaze’ as a corner of the internet dedicated to her sprawling and sporadic ‘digi-diary’. Her work is eclectic, sentimental and dreamy, often drifting between the genres of spoken word, stream of consciousness prose,
and multimedia digital art: from collage to painting to video.
Her work is situated at the intersection of ‘page and stage’, and she is a firm believer in the contemporary renaissance of spoken word poetry as a revered art form. She believes poetry is magic: verses are spells for medicine, metamorphosis and mischief; and the practice of oratorical storytelling as a transformative art millennia-old.

✨Little Miss Cadaver combines haunting melodies with razor sharp lyricism using medieval folk tales and philosophical theories as counter narratives, weaving a complex emotional story that evades simple interpretation.
