As many of you know, introducing kids to fishing has always been one of the most important parts of what we do at Osprey Fishing.
Fishing is about so much more than catching fish. It teaches patience, confidence, teamwork, respect for nature, and creates memories that last a lifetime. We truly believe the kids of today are the future of our sport, and every child deserves the opportunity to experience a day on the water.
This year, we're once again proud to partner with the Suffolk County 6th Precinct's SHIELD Program to host "Fishing for a Better Future," a special trip for 20 local Long Island children.
Many of these community programs operate on limited budgets, so we're asking for your help to make this day as special as possible.
Your donations will help cover:
🎣 Bait and fishing supplies
⛽ Fuel for the trip
⚓ Gratuities for our hardworking mates
🏆 Prizes and giveaways for the kids
🥪 Lunch and refreshments
Every dollar goes directly toward creating an unforgettable experience at absolutely no cost to the children.
