The Orphan 40 (Live Music)

The Orphan 40 is a Seattle-area singer-songwriter who spends his days as a lawyer representing survivors of sexual violence, and for whom music is a creative passion and escape. His music dwells in the quiet space between love and loss. Grounded in the tradition of indie folk, touched with cinematic atmosphere, his lyrics serve as intimate acts of reflection — explorations of how connection shapes us, how absence remakes us, and how beauty can survive in impermanence. Across a range of originals and covers, each moment lyric feels lived-in — tender, unguarded, and deeply human.
