He is the co-founder of the Orlando Moonwalkers, a community known for hosting high-energy, Michael Jackson–inspired events across Central Florida, including their signature global experience, Thrill the World—where participants around the world perform the iconic Thriller dance simultaneously each year.

Thommy is also the co-founder of the Brew Crew, a growing community of business professionals committed to building meaningful relationships and maximizing their networking through authentic connection and referral-based growth.
