The Ori-gen Foundation embodies our ongoing commitment to building a better future through initiatives rooted in legacy, diversity, and community. Through meaningful grantmaking and partnerships, we aim to create lasting, positive change and to provide support to nonprofit organizations whose work aligns with our six key funding areas:

• Cultural Awareness & Understanding – supporting programs that celebrate and preserve diverse cultural identities.
• Health & Human Services – funding initiatives that improve community well-being.
• Community Education & Development – investing in organizations that strengthen underserved communities.
• Minority & Small Business Growth – empowering minority- and women-owned businesses.
• Youth Development – championing the next generation.
• Emergency Preparedness – enhancing community resilience by supporting trauma-informed care, disaster response, and long-term recovery efforts.

Through our collective work, we’ve already made a powerful impact, supporting 77 community organizations and investing over $167,500 in initiatives that uplift culture, health, education, and economic opportunity. As a key pillar of Ori-gen, Community has always been at the heart of our work; however our impact is still in its infancy.
