The Orchard - A Sound Bath Reflection Experience with Tiffany Barnes

A serene sound healing experience set among the quiet beauty of the olive orchard, where filtered light, open air, and natural stillness create a peaceful setting for deep rest.

Surrounded by trees and grounded in nature, this immersive experience blends the soothing tones of crystal sound bowls and chimes with the gentle rhythm of the evening—inviting your body to relax, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to settle.

As you rest beneath the open sky, sound moves softly throughout the space around you, supporting a sense of ease, release, and reconnection.

Please bring a quilt or blanket to lay on, as the experience will take place on the grass in the orchard. You are encouraged to dress comfortably in layers and bring an additional blanket for warmth, as the evening air may cool gently during the session. For added comfort, you may also wish to bring head or neck support to help you fully relax.

Group size is intentionally kept small to create a calm and personalized experience.

Twilight Event Schedule

We will begin promptly at 7:00 PM with approximately 50 minutes of sound healing. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, make your way to the orchard, and settle in as the day begins to soften into evening.

Following the session, you will have time to gently integrate and reflect on the experience.

Please note that departure is required by 8:30 PM, as the resort closes to non-hotel guests at that time.

Drinking extra water over the next 24–48 hours is recommended to support integration.

Nature of Services:

I understand Reflection Meditation provides non-medical wellness and relaxation services, including meditation, Reiki, energy balancing, and sound bath experiences. These practices are intended to support relaxation and personal well-being and are not medical treatment.

Participation and Health:

I affirm I am participating voluntarily, am in suitable physical and emotional condition to attend, and understand that relaxation practices may occasionally result in emotional or therapeutic responses.

Sound Bath Considerations:

I understand sound bath experiences may not be appropriate for individuals with implanted medical devices, sound-sensitive neurological conditions, severe tinnitus, open wounds, certain medical conditions, or early pregnancy. I accept responsibility for consulting a medical professional if I have health concerns prior to participation.

Results and Personal Responsibility:

I acknowledge individual experiences vary, no specific outcomes are guaranteed, and I remain fully responsible for my own choices, well-being, and participation.

Inclement Weather Policy

Comfort, and overall experience are our highest priorities.
Because the Floating Sound Bath Reflection, Water's Edge Sound Bath Reflection, and Olive Orchard Sound Bath Reflection are held outdoors, sessions may be postponed or canceled due to weather conditions that could impact the safety or quality of the experience. This may include rain, excessive wind, poor air quality, extreme temperatures, or other unforeseen outdoor conditions.
If Reflection Meditation determines that a session should be canceled due to inclement weather, guests will be notified as soon as reasonably possible using the contact information provided at registration.
If your event is canceled by Reflection Meditation, you may choose one of the following:
*Receive a full refund of your registration fee.
*Receive a credit equal to the amount paid, which may be applied toward any Reflection Meditation service or event within 12 months of the original event date.
Please note that light breezes and typical outdoor conditions are part of the experience and do not necessarily require cancellation. The decision to postpone or cancel an event rests solely with Reflection Meditation and will always be made with guest safety and the quality of the experience in mind

Liability Release:

I voluntarily release Reflection Meditation and its practitioners from liability related to participation in these services, except where prohibited by law.

Venue Disclaimer:

*Participation in the Olive Orchard Sound Bath Reflection experience is voluntary.

*Guests are responsible for their own safety, comfort, and well-being while on the property and during the event.

*Attendance at the Olive Orchard Sound Bath Reflection does not include access to other resort amenities.

*Guests are kindly asked to depart by 8:30 PM, as the resort closes to non-hotel guests at that time.

*The venue and its staff are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to guests or personal belongings that may occur during the event. Guests acknowledge responsibility for any damage caused to the property and agree to cover any associated repair or replacement costs.

*By attending, guests agree to follow all posted property guidelines and instructions provided by event or venue staff to help ensure a safe and respectful experience for all.

Note: Hotel guests and spa pass holders may purchase and join at the orchard or listen from complimentary from designated outdoor seating areas throughout the property.
