The Oracle Within is an intimate retreat experience designed to help you reconnect with your intuition, regulate your nervous system, and remember the wisdom already living within you.
Over the course of our time together, you will be guided through experiences that help you soften out of survival mode and reconnect with a more grounded, aligned, and intuitive way of being.
Through somatic practices, nervous system support, Reiki, intuitive exploration, reflection, movement, and creative expression, The Oracle Within invites you to cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself and your inner voice.
Throughout the retreat, participants will experience:
*Somatic movement and embodiment practices to reconnect with the body and release stored tension
*Nervous system regulation tools for greater grounding, clarity, and emotional resilience
*Reiki and energetic alignment practices to restore balance and inner connection
*Tarot and intuitive exploration to strengthen trust in your inner knowing
*Guided journaling, reflection, and meaningful group connection
*A hands-on Oracle Card Creation workshop where you will create your own personalized oracle deck infused with your unique wisdom and insight
*An immersive sound journey for integration, expansion, and deep rest
