Alright Longhorns, it’s that time again 🙌
The CrossFit Open is coming, and this is your sign to GET REGISTERED. We have a signup sheet at the gym and in addition to that you can officially signup online to see the world leaderboards.
Let’s be clear — this is not about being the fittest in the gym.
It’s about showing up, trying something new, and being part of something bigger than your own workout.

For three weeks, we’re turning Fridays into EPIC Friday Night Lights at Longhorn CrossFit. Expect:
