The Open Circle Method
The Open Circle Method is a personal and transformative approach that involves aspects of emotional work through shared experience. This is an unmaking methodology that emphasizes the stripping away of pretenses and defenses. It is an invitation to approach the false persona and speak to the core truth that lives in the heart of every human being.
We recognize that trauma, shame, and narratives about past actions tend to falsely inform our lives in ways that often leave us feeling stuck and in the depths of despair. The Open Circle Method is a call to challenge our false assumptions about who and what we are in a way that allows for us to be supported and witnessed by others in a group setting.
This work isn’t simply about emotional venting, this approach encourages participants to engage with curiosity, courage, rigorous self-examination, and accountability to who they have been, and who they are now. Open Circles are designed to create a safe, structured container where each participant can process their deep-seated trauma, anger, pain, grief, and fear in a non-violent and emotionally open way.
We are dedicated to helping you rediscover your humanity, to find a fresh sense of purpose, and to commit fully to your life. You are invited to enter the Open Circle with the sacred intention to engage in radical vulnerability and honesty.
The Open Circle is never broken because it is always open.

Vancouver Circling
Vancouver Circling is a community dedicated to the practice of Circling — a form of relational meditation where people come together to explore their authentic, present-moment experience. We create warm, grounded spaces where individuals can show up honestly, be deeply seen, and connect through curiosity and shared presence. Through this practice, members strengthen their self-awareness, grow their capacity to express themselves, and build meaningful, nourishing relationships. It’s a place to slow down, listen closely, and experience connection in a way that feels real and alive.
