About this Event

AZDRE now requires every licensee to update their Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (ARS § 32-2108.01) to renew their license. Instead of chasing down separate appointments and mailing your own paperwork, get it all handled in one stop — application, prints, and secure delivery straight to DPS, all in one place.

What’s included:

DPS application

Live fingerprinting (2 cards minimum)

Affidavit

Secure direct delivery to DPS — full chain of custody

Your cost:

$50 fingerprinting fee — cash, Zelle, or money order payable to Pro Prints LLC

$67 DPS processing fee — money order or cashier’s check payable to DPS (the only two forms DPS accepts, no matter where you get printed)

What to bring:

Current driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID

Your $50 fingerprinting fee and $67 DPS fee in the payment forms listed above
