Newmemorabilia Records announces a 9 hour extravaganza of new music from various artists at London’s premier Indie Music venue the Camden Barfly.
The Onion Gathering is a coming together of masterful magical mischievous musical minds. Think 90s indie band royalty, a Chap-Hop pioneer, post-modern onion punks and a wide array of fresh talent descending on Camden: London’s musical centrepiece.
The Karpets ,Tom Hingley’s (ex Inspiral carpets) Inspiral tribute band oft described as even better than the Real Thing
‘The Kar-Pets prove just why they are the best Inspiral Carpets cover band around. Each performance is faultless, and they just seem to give that little bit of an extra dynamic to Tom’s lyrics and vocals, that the ‘real thing’ can no longer provide. This lot are definitely a lot punchier, with grittier guitar sounds and an exciting fresh vibe about them.‘

Professor Elemental
‘Hilarious and happy to roll fantasy and sci-fi into the package, the classic charming Professor Elemental style is silly yet satirical and so damn enjoyable. Cerebral, sensational, savvy and even a little bit sexy’ undergroundhh.com
Brian & The Onions
Being clever in times of crisis might solve little but having fun as the world ignites is on the agenda for Brian & The Onions, a band of no fixed members but emerging as a duo to release the reactive Small Boats – OUT NOW. Purposefully addressing tired diversionary rhetoric on migration with supercharged punk spirit and curled-lip vocals, the newly formed collective churns in the wake of kindred spirits, Sleaford Mods and Benefits, to take on the absurd, the cruel and the misled.
Kingsley Beat
Kingsley Beat, a lyrical skillful repertoire of original modern indie classics. 2026 sees the second vinyl LP release ‘Space Distance Theory’, after the much-lauded, debut, 'Future Giants' EP, with 'Feed the Swan' its flagship track, and the brilliant Tom Fassnidge on guitar.
Trapps
Exciting fast Punk music from Brighton.
Sentient Robot
Impressive technicolour indie synth pop outfit from Manchester going out to the Universe.
Amity Island
Amity Island are a cinematic indie duo blending synchronised vocals, intoxicating melodies and darkly comic lyrics exploring marginalisation, and empowerment through an eclectic world of stormy seas, sharks, aliens, blurred nightlife and lost coastlines.
Jody and the Jerms
The songs recreate the glory days of jangly 1980s guitar pop, and they’re fresh, they’re vibrant, they’re alive and they’re definitely kicking.
