BLK Men in Tech alongside our amazing partners are taking the community outside for The Offsite, a high-energy outdoor experience designed for professionals, entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and community leaders who are ready to connect beyond the office and the laptops.
On Saturday, August 1, we’re pulling up to Busco Beach in Goldsboro, NC for an afternoon of food, ATVs, games, music, networking, and good vibes. This is a relaxed, open-air experience built around community, recreation, brotherhood, and real connection.
Expect a day where career conversations can happen over a plate of food, new relationships can form between games and group photos, and the energy feels more like a family reunion meets tech community takeover.
Whether you work in tech, are building your way into the industry, lead a business, support the community, or simply want to be around good people, The Offsite is your chance to unplug, reset, and tap into a powerful network in a completely different environment.

What to Bring
We will have an entire activation area equpped with tents, tables, chairs. But guests are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, portable chargers, business cards, and ATV gear or helmets if they plan to ride.
ATV Information
ATV rentals are not included with admission. Guests who want to ride may bring their own ATV or rent directly through Busco Beach’s affiliate, Off-Road Excursions ATV Rentals, subject to availability. All riders must follow Busco Beach safety requirements, complete any required venue waivers, and wear a helmet.
