Duncan Taylor is renowned for its innovative approach to whisky maturation, and the Octave range uses smaller casks to create distinctive, flavour-packed whiskies. Andrew will take us through a selection from the collection, sharing his expert knowledge, the stories behind the whiskies and an insight into how the Octave process influences what ends up in your glass.
