The Oaks Waterfront Hotel Sunrise Yoga Series

The Oaks Waterfront Hotel a 10-acre historic estate on the Chesapeake Bay has launched a Sunrise Yoga series every Friday morning at 8 a.m. in partnership with the award winning Soul Society Yoga studio. Taking place on the property’s dock classes will be complimentary to all hotel guests and $45 a class for locals interested in partaking in namaste on the bay.

Classes include an expert-led flow suitable for all skill levels followed by complimentary infused water and chilled towels soaked in essential oils for a post-stretch refresh. Attendees are encouraged to enjoy a replenishing breakfast at the onsite Oak Room following each class – free for guests and at a discounted rate of $25 for locals.

Anyone looking to join a class who is not a hotel guest can reserve their spot via the Soul Society Yoga website.
