The Oaks 2025 Winter Golf League

Join us for an international tour with our Winter Golf League in the Trackman at the Oaks at Plum Creek.

Registration is now open.

Registration is $250 per person, of which $25 will go into a prize fund. Your two-person team will have access to four reservations (each reservation is an hour and 45 minutes) in the golf simulator between Friday January 3rd and Friday February 28th. Please note: we are still hosting private events and weddings during this time and Saturday availability is limited. We will have plenty of Sunday availability and weeknights. We are also still hosting site tours so please be aware that you may encounter a member of the sales team as they show the golf simulator to our clients.

We will send out an email on January 1st inviting you to schedule your first round. We are not accepting league reservations in the golf simulator until January 1st.

Women and Kids will play from the closest pins.

Each round will last two weeks each. The dates for each round are as follows:

•January 3 - January 16 - Course TBD

•January 17 - January 30 - Course TBD

•January 31 - February 13 - Course TBD

•February 14 - February 28 - Course TBD

We want to invite all players to a meet & greet where we will be hosting a closest to the pin competition. Winners will receive $__! Please join us on Thursday, January 9th at 6pm to kick off the tournament with some complimentary small bites and an open cash bar.

Full bar services are available at all times (outside alcohol is strictly prohibited). Kitchen services are not available, so if you wish to bring in some light snacks, it’s not a problem, but please be mindful of the 1:45 time limit per team.

Golf Simulator reservations for the league will begin to be accepted on January 1. We will send out an email inviting you to schedule your first round.
