For more than 30 years, GRAMMY® Award winners and Country Music Hall of Fame members The Oak Ridge Boys have been spreading Christmas cheer with one of the most treasured holiday tours in country music. This year, the legendary group is thrilled to bring their Christmas Celebration Tour for a very special, limited series of performances. On December 5, they'll light up Anderson Music Hall in Hiawassee, GA, with a magical evening full of holiday spirit. Fans can expect a spectacular show featuring dazzling stage designs, gently falling snow, and beautifully decorated Christmas trees, setting the perfect backdrop for a night of festive joy.
The Oak Ridge Boys will perform a heartfelt mix of holiday classics and contemporary favorites, along with timeless hits from their incredible career. Lee Newton is a singer/songwriter from Western North Carolina whose soulful voice and heartfelt lyrics have touched the hearts of audiences across the world. She has received critical acclaim for her work, garnering multiple awards and nominations throughout her career. She has shared the stage with legendary artists including Randy Travis, Ronnie Milsap, Gene Watson, Ronnie McDowell, T. Graham Brown, Sara Evans, Diamond Rio, Billy Dean, The Gatlin Brothers, TG
Sheppard, Edwin McCain, and many more.
Lee has been featured on national media outlets including Fox Rock Review with Eric Dahl (for the second time), WSM Circle Access TV’s Coffee, Country & Cody with Bill Cody, NBC’s Today in Nashville, along with countless radio interviews promoting her latest album Homesick, produced by Kent Wells and Dave Fowler. Beyond music, Lee is deeply committed to service. She was honored last year as an honorary member of the United States Marine Corps League, where she volunteers and helps raise money for veterans and children through Toys for Tots. She also serves as an Ambassador for Music Amplifies, an organization dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in Nashville.
In 2024, Lee released her first Gospel album, which included powerful duets with the late Joe Bonsall of The Oak Ridge Boys, T. Graham Brown, Deborah Allen, Tony Jackson, Dale Houston, Kathryn Shipley, Ben Isaacs, and others. Currently, Lee is back in Nashville working on her highly anticipated fifth studio album, Journey. The first single, The Long Goodbye, was released on September 13, 2025.
