Accessibility & Parking Information
Marked accessible parking spaces are located at the front of the main lot, though please note there is still a short walk to the entrance and valet parking is not available. Inside, elevators are located down the hallway at the back of the lobby to take you to the main floor (Floor 2/Mezzanine). Please note that the elevator does not go to the balcony; if you cannot easily climb stairs, please book main floor seats. For those who want to avoid stairs entirely, the back rows of the main floor require the fewest steps, while our lower walkways feature steps with handrails leading toward the stage. We offer designated wheelchair spaces (open areas) and adjacent companion seats (with chairs) located in the back row and four rows from the front near the side entrance.
⚠️ CRITICAL SEATING NOTICE: Accessible and companion seats must be reserved and purchased in advance just like regular tickets. If you or anyone in your party has mobility issues, we highly encourage you to call the Box Office directly to book your tickets. It is much easier for us to accommodate your specific needs over the phone in advance than it is to fix a misunderstanding in person right before the show, as we can only swap you to unsold seats. Our staff are here to help, so please don't hesitate to call the Box Office with any questions, so we can get you the perfect seat!
