A delight for all ages, LBPAC’s The Nutcracker has secured its position as Loudoun County’s favorite holiday tradition.Set to Tchaikovsky’s extraordinary musical score, LBPAC’s full-length production of The Nutcracker is a classic, timeless adventure of holiday magic! Clara welcomes the audience into her family’s Christmas Eve celebration, where she receives a unique gift—a Nutcracker—from her eccentric Uncle Drosselmeyer. Soon, Clara finds herself in the midst of a great battle between a giant Mouse King and her beloved Nutcracker. To reward Clara for her bravery, the Nutcracker Prince leads Clara on a magical journey through the Land of Snow to the Kingdom of Sweets. The Ruler of the Kingdom, the Sugar Plum Fairy, honors Clara with a grand celebration of delectable treats from around the globe.
