The NoSleepTilWolflin 2024 Adios 4.44-Mile Footrace through still and dark Olsen Park. As customary, race starts promptly at 4:44About this Event
- There will be one winner to the race. That is the runner to successfully run the entire course, no sidewalks, alleys or parking lots, and make it back to the west-facing stop sign at Teckla and Olsen. That winner will be awarded the coveted Golden Rooster trophy and will be asked to defend this trophy in 2025. Should they not be able properly defend it, they will need to surrender it back to NSTW prior to December 31, 2025. The winner will also get their name and time put on the trophy.
- There are no race officials on the course except for a bike that will help direct runners through the turns. You will be expected to police yourself and your behavior. Be kind to your fellow runners, neighborly to the residents of Olsen Park and their property, and respectful in your pre-dawn volume.
- Postponement to weather is highly unlikely. It would take a freakish and extreme weather event like sharknado, blood rain, amphibious rain, or abnormally sized hail for postponement to occur. No refunds in the case that a runner is unable to make the rescheduled run.
