Get an overview of the Northeast Wisconsin Pollinator Corridor Project. The first phase of the project is creating gardens of native-to-Wisconsin plants throughout selected City of Green Bay parks to connect UW-Green Bay's campus to NWTC's Pollinator Habitat. These gardens support birds, bees and butterflies that do the essential work of pollinating our plants and crops. Learn about native plant species, the pollinator species that need them, and how you can support their habitat and food sources. Presented by Mark Konlock, Director of Horticulture at Green Bay Botanical Garden. Presented in collaboration with the Brown County Seed Library partner organizations: Brown County Community Gardens Program; Brown County Library; Green Bay Botanical Garden; New Leaf Foods, Inc.; Northeastern Wisconsin Master Gardeners; University of Wisconsin – Green Bay; UW Extension Brown County.
