The Nikka Limited Masterclass

The Nikka Limited 2025 (retails at $1,399.99) is a collaborative expression between Hiromi and Nikka’s new Chief Blender, Junji Iseki.
During this masterclass, attendees will deconstruct this 15-to-16-year-old blend (featuring liquid dating back to the 1970s) by tasting the five pivotal whiskies it is built upon. Experience a 1990s Miyagikyo aromatic yeast malt, vintage Ben Nevis malts from '86 and '89, a high-ester fruity Yoichi malt, complex Moji plant grain whisky, and a unique Mizunara-finished Yoichi.
Guests will also have the exclusive opportunity to purchase a bottle of The Nikka Limited 2025 in advance of the Premium Spirit Release and have it personally signed by Hiromi Ozaki.
Premium Japanese hors d'oeuvres will be served to complement the delicate ester and fruit notes of the Japanese whiskies.
