About
“A masterpiece. A work of grand visual wit, clever songs, funny gags and genuine pathos, it is perhaps the greatest stop-motion animated film ever, a painstaking style of model animation that computers have all but completely done away with.” — Roger Moore, Orlando Sentinel
SYNOPSIS
Henry Selick and Tim Burton’s beloved holiday classic transports audiences to a world where every holiday has its own kingdom, and Halloween dreams of becoming Christmas. When Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town, stumbles upon the wonders of Christmas, he hatches an ill-fated plan to take over the holiday himself, setting two worlds on a collision course of spooky delights and festive cheer. Brought to life through thousands of handcrafted puppets and miniatures, and propelled by Danny Elfman’s unforgettable songs and score, The Nightmare Before Christmas conjures a richly detailed fantasy unlike any other.
