📖 About the Event: Menajerie presents an immersive neo-soul performance that centres femme power, collective harmony, and deep musical connection. This six-piece ensemble will deliver a dynamic set of original material that blends warm, retro inflected soul with modern groove, jazz sensibilities and expansive arrangements.
Led by three frontwomen, the show is built around lush vocal interplay - call and response, layered harmonies and moments of intimate unison - supported by hypnotic rhythms, smouldering bass lines and expressive guitar textures. The performance moves fluidly between tender, stripped back moments and full bodied crescendos that invite the audience into a shared emotional space. Designed to suit a listening focused room, this set prioritises musical nuance, storytelling and atmosphere. The result is a soulful, transportive experience that uplifts the mind, emboldens the spirit and celebrates the power of raw, collective expression.
Featuring Gracie Mack - vocals & keys, Melanie G - vocals, Rosa Mack - vocals, Andrew Fincher - guitar, Lee Brackenborough - bass and Beau Jorgensen - drums.
