If you are feeling at a crossroads after a life change or loss, such as a layoff, retirement, divorce, a move, the end of a relationship, the death of a pet, an empty nest, or other big, stressful transitions, you may feel lonely and overwhelmed as you try to
plot your next move.
You are not alone.
We offer a supportive space to listen, share, and heal with help from others in similar places in life, and a licensed therapist.
