THE NEW GUARD is a private fashion presentation created to recognize and elevate the next generation of emerging designers from Academy of Art University in San Francisco.

This experience was created with the intention of giving young creatives a platform where their work can exist beyond the runway transforming fashion into narrative, identity, culture, and artistic expression.

From avant-garde concepts to ready-to-wear proposals, this evening will showcase innovative collections created by designers whose work challenges convention and redefines the future of fashion through originality, craftsmanship, and storytelling.

Curated by Carlos Gonzalez, THE NEW GUARD was born from the belief that true talent deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated within San Francisco’s creative community.

More than a fashion event, this is an intimate creative gathering bringing together designers, artists, influencers, photographers, stylists, and public figures to experience the new voices shaping the next era of fashion.
