The New Film Underground Volume 16

The New Film Underground is where the alternative film community gathers to celebrate SoCal's current crop of nonconformist rule breakers by enjoying an anarchic collection of shorts ranging from elegant visual poetry to cultish DIY weirdness. Volume 16 continues the tradition of shows curated to create a surreal roller coaster ride and features both veterans and newcomers to the SoCal underground. Attendees also get to meet and mingle with the filmmakers, making the showcase a dream come true for lovers of surrealism, cult film, video art and uncategorizable stuff. Be advised, you will see nothing normal here.
