* All are welcome! This event is not a faith-based gathering, but an open-minded exploration of Universal concepts and Timeless principles.
* This event will include (among other things) the following evolutionary practices: The 5 Mindfulness trainings, Mindfulness Meditation, Compassionate communication, readings from "The New Earth" by Eckhart Tolle, creative exploration, "looking directly at reality", and Healing Mantra Chanting.
* No previous experience or understanding is necessary to attend, but a deep concern about the state of affairs and a sincere desire to somehow contribute positively to the peaceful unfolding of our continued existence on the planet will be useful!
