The world of talent is changing. Expectations are shifting, AI is reshaping how we recruit and work, and organisations are having to think differently about how they attract, hire, lead and retain great people.

The New Deal for Talent brings together a select group of senior Talent Acquisition, HR and People leaders for an open and practical conversation about what these changes mean for employers – and what the future of talent could look like.

Hosted in partnership by People Leader and Love Success, this intimate roundtable will explore some of the biggest questions facing organisations today: Are our traditional approaches to recruitment still fit for purpose? How is AI changing the way we identify and assess talent? What do changing employee expectations and employment legislation mean for employers? And how do we create workplaces where the people we hire can genuinely thrive?

Rather than a traditional conference or panel discussion, this is an opportunity to exchange experiences, challenge established thinking and learn from peers facing many of the same questions.

The morning will begin with breakfast and networking from 8:30am, before the roundtable discussion begins at 9:00am. The session will conclude at 12:30pm, followed by a networking lunch.

Places are intentionally limited to create a valuable, candid conversation between senior leaders.
