The Neurospicy Show is redefining the runway by celebrating neurodivergent models and cutting-edge adaptive fashion, complete with a festive nod to upcoming Halloween styles and costumes. Built from the ground up as an all-inclusive, sensory-friendly celebration, this event gives every attendee room to shine, connect, and learn, no rigid structure required.
Featured designer Solace Collective designs sensory-friendly loungewear that’s as stylish as it is functional. Their pieces eliminate irritation, invite self-expression, and create a sense of belonging. Award-winning designs are made with soft, upcycled materials, crafted without tags or harsh seams, and designed with subtle fidget-friendly features. Cat Burkey approaches inclusive design through the lenses of intersectionality and functionality, continuously searching for ways to increase usability and reduce environmental and humanitarian harm. She believes strongly in the principles of co-design, and that user experience and feedback play an integral role in the path to the final product.
