Come connect with the timeless wisdom of trees in this grounding and centering session 🌿. The NaturePause is a monthly Nature therapy walk designed to help midlife women reconnect with nature and themselves. Each session is a blend of guided nature therapy walks, mindfulness practices, forest bathing and gentle reflection, all aimed at fostering emotional balance, clarity, and well-being. Each month brings a different theme.
As we walk along The Lost Pines trail, we’ll have the opportunity to meet and connect with various tree beings.
I’ll guide you through practices that help you approach trees with mindfulness, learning how to sense their presence and make meaningful contact. Whether through touch, sight, or even quiet observation, you’ll discover how trees offer a grounding energy that can bring calm and clarity.
Together, we’ll explore how the qualities of trees can offer powerful insights for navigating midlife transitions.
After our walk, we’ll gather for a cozy tea ceremony and a sharing circle. This is your opportunity to reflect on what we’ve experienced, connect with other women, and share how nature’s wisdom has enriched your journey.
You will leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and connected ✨.
📍 Isle du Bois Unit, Lake Ray Roberts State Park. Once you enter and check in at the ranger station (please note that Texas State Parks require a day pass, $7), take a quick U-turn, and you’ll find the Lost Pines Trail parking area. The amphitheater will be visible, and I’ll be waiting for you there!
🧳 What to bring: Water, comfy walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, bug spray, and a sitting pad or towel for when we pause to reflect.
