Tim will explain how this remarkable landscape supports internationally important habitats and serves as a vital microcosm of Hertfordshire’s broader ecological story.

• This is a seated talk and does not involve a walk.
• Suitable for adults and older children (children must be accompanied by an adult).

From the B1000 look for the White lodge building and Tarmac signs. http://streetmap.co.uk/map.srf?X=529266&Y=213486&A... Enter through the metal gate and follow the track along until there is a right fork with signs to ‘Area Office’. Continue along this track until you reach a car park. Do not use the Thieves Lane Carpark.
