I’d love to invite you to join me and other like-minded souls for a heart-filling afternoon of yoga, relaxation, and connection as we honour International Day of Rural Women - a United Nations observance that shines a light on the vital contributions of rural women to our communities, environment, and shared future. This gorgeous afternoon will begin with a beautiful gentle flow yoga class, which will transition into a heart-centred yin practice and have you melting into a guided relaxation. All crafted to strengthen the body, calm the mind and nourish the soul - and perfect for beginners or long term yogis.
Through gentle yoga, grounding practices, and shared space - all supported by the live music and sultry tones of Carly Robinson - we will honour the wisdom, care, and resilience that rural women carry.
We'll complete our time together with a delicious afternoon tea giving time to absorb the beauty of the beautiful landscape around us and connect with each other.
