Join Atlanta-based nature photographer Eric Bowles to learn about photographing the Okefenokee. We’ve all seen great images of exotic places and wildlife, but we have a wonderful destination close to home. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge – The Land of the Trembling Earth – is a great place to visit and provides wonderful opportunities for landscape, wildlife, and travel photographers. Eric will cover – Where to go, what you will see, and some of the best techniques for the area. He will share some images and give you a chance to learn more about visiting the Lands of the Trembling Earth.
Eric specializes in photographing the southeastern United States. He is a photo educator who provides photo tours, workshops, and training both independently and as Director of Nikonians Academy. Eric’s work has been purchased by corporate and individual collectors and published in many places. Attend in-person at 7PM in the CNC Plaza Conference Room and bring a dish to share for the potluck. Make new friends and connections at Nature Club while learning all at the same time. Eric’s presentation will begin at 7:30PM.
