The Natural Woman Conference

The Natural Woman Conference at the West Valley Arts HQ Gallery.

Saturday, October 5, 8am-12noon.
Organized by women - for women! Learn about Menopause and the effect on body, mind, and overall well-being. Enjoy a morning in the company of women, listen to guest speakers, participate in activities, visit vendor tables, and much more! Whether you are peri-menopausal, 'in the heat' of it, or post-menopausal, you don't want to miss this event. You will hear from a Menopause coach (Heike Newman, owner of Yoga with Oma), learn about Neuro Somatic Alignment and Emotional Clearing from Famous Therapeutic (Amy Waite), and get to laugh with comedian Leigh Cummings. Dress in comfortable clothing and bring a friend or two!

The first 20 ticket buyers will receive a free Menopause survival kit (more available for purchase at the event).

The gallery is located just north of the Surprise City Hall at 16126 N. Civic Center Plaza. There is parking on either side of the 1-story building.
