Steel yourself for the Saturday Night Synth Spectacular!
The Mystic Underground (NYC)
Hailing from New York City, The Mystic Underground thrive in the city’s dark electronic scene, where turmoil and wonder collide. Fronted by singer-lyricist Vladimir Valette and shaped by keyboardist/producer Benedetto Socci, the duo blends dance-floor energy, shimmering new wave, and shadowed post-punk into music that aches and liberates.
Their sound has drawn comparisons to The Smiths, Pet Shop Boys, and Suede — artists who marry sharp lyricism with unforgettable atmospheres. The Mystic Underground embraces that lineage while carving out their own distinct voice, one that thrives in the tension between melancholy and motion.
