In Rissa Miller's immersive workshop, discover how this humble tool has connected humans to hidden knowledge for millennia. Guests will explore the foundations of pendulum work: how to calibrate your pendulum, ask effective questions, interpret responses, and distinguish intuition from interference. You’ll have the chance to test different pendulums and dowsing rods, compare materials and weights, and consider crystal correspondences to see how each stone shifts the energy signature of the tool.

Those who bring their own pendulum will receive guidance and troubleshooting to deepen or refine their practice.

Participants will also create their own hand-painted wooden pendulum board, using stencils, paints, and artistic embellishments to design a personal tool that resonates with their energy.

Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or brand new to divination, you’ll leave with practical skills, a deeper understanding of the pendulum’s history, and a beautiful board ready for future readings.

Please note, this is a workshop held indoors at The 9 Collective. There will be no outdoor component. The focus of this class will be pendulum history and divination, and making your own pendulum board. While it is all-ages friendly, it may be of greatest interest to guests with curiosity about those topics. The 9 Collective is ADA accessible and has a free parking lot.
