The Music of My Feelings (Pre-Teens/Teens)

Music provides a wonderful medium for the expression of feelings, with or without words. Through this camp participants will explore the connections between music and emotions through songwriting, improvising, movement, and reflection. Participants will also explore ways they can use music to connect with, express, and regulate their emotions.
Cost $30 per person for all 3 sessions. July 14-16 from 10:30-11:30am
