The Music Man tells the story of Professor Harold Hill, a smooth-talking traveling salesman who rolls into the small town of River City, Iowa in 1912 and convinces the townspeople to buy instruments and uniforms for the boys' marching band - despite the fact that he can't teach music and plans to skip town with their money. As he works his scam, the skeptical librarian Marian Paroo sees through him, but when Harold helps her shy brother gain confidence and begins to fall for Marian himself, he starts to rethink his plans. In the end, his charm and the town's new band unite the community in a celebration filled with heart, laughter, and a touch of romance. Songs include: "76 Trombones", "Ya Got Trouble", "Goodnight My Someone", "Shipoopi", "Wells Fargo Wagon", "My White Knight" and more! Rated G
