Join us on Memorial Day, May 26th 2025 at 7am at the CSB Community Center for The Murph Challenge! 1 Mile Run, 100 Pull Ups, 200 Push Ups, 300 Squats and 1 Mile Run (can be modified to your ability)The Murph Challenge is done in honor of Michael Murphy, US Navy Seal, Medal of Honor recipient, who died in service in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2005. His story can be found in the book or movie "Lone Survivor".
This event is FREE to the public -BUT- you can officially sign up to do the event and donate directly to the LT Michael P Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation and get the T-shirt here:
