Sound. Dance. Community.THE MOVEMENT is an immersive evening of dance, sound and human connection designed to shake loose what no longer serves you and awaken what’s been waiting inside.
No choreography. No judgment. No performance.
Just you, the music and the freedom to move however your body wants.
✦WHAT TO EXPECT
A few simple guidelines help create a safe and intentional space for movement:
Barefoot on the dancefloor- grounded and present
No talking once the dance begins- let your body speak
No alcohol or substances- this is a natural high
Doors close at start time- we begin together
As the dance winds down, we transition into a deeply restorative sound bath, allowing the vibrations to wash over you and integrate whatever moved through.
We close the evening the same way we began, in a circle with space to reflect, share and integrate.
